Job Overview: A law firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Family Law Attorney to proactively manage family law cases, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctorate, be a licensed attorney in the state of California, and have 3-5 years of litigation experience, including 1st chair family law experience.

Job Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining regular communication with monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations to practice managers for process improvements and enhancements to better serve clients and increase efficiency.
• Manage performance metrics to monitor accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and present cases effectively in court, focusing on family law matters.

Job Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt and licensed to practice law in the state of California.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for 1st chair family law experience.
• Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technical programs and software.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.

Certifications:

• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt and licensed to practice law in the state of California.
