A law firm is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Labor Relations Associate Attorney for their Atlanta office. The Mid-level to Senior Labor Relations Associate Attorney will join the firm's dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of labor law experience, including handling labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and similar matters.

 

Duties:

  • Represent premier local and national employers in labor relations matters
  • Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor law issues
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on case strategy and preparation
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in labor relations

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
  • Outstanding academic record preferred
  • 5+ years of labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and similar matters
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction
