Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney will handle a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a primary focus on capital markets. They will work closely with clients in the life sciences sector, including handling public company work and registered equity offerings such as IPOs and follow-on offerings.

Duties:

• Handle a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, focusing on capital markets.
• Assist in public company work, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in the life sciences sector.
• Manage substantial components of transactions independently.
• Collaborate effectively with legal teams and clients.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on).
• Interest or experience working with life sciences companies preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
