Duties:

• Represent clients in family law litigation proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Collaborate with intake, discovery, and forensic accountancy departments to gather evidence and support cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 1-6 years of experience practicing family law, preferably in litigation.
• Strong understanding of California family law statutes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
