A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles office. The Labor and Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for general employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, as well as providing employment counseling. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of labor and employment defense experience and must possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

 

Duties:

  • Handle general employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation.
  • Provide employment counseling.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide analytical support.
  • Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and management.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide high-quality legal services.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Member of the California State Bar.
  • 5-7 years of labor and employment defense experience.

 

Education:
