Associate Trial Attorney - Inland Empire/Orange County:

- Remote position with occasional in-person appearances in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties

- Responsible for handling cases of moderate complexity and/or exposure, with the ability to assist in more complex cases
- Must be a member in good standing of the State Bar in the state where the position is located

Job Summary:

- Competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all assigned cases
- Cases can involve all areas of tort practice
- Consults with and advises the Claims Department on legal aspects of personal injury claims
- Maintains and updates computerized litigation support systems
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree and law school degree
- Minimum experience requirement: One year as an Attorney or comparable outside experience

Responsibilities:

- Handling cases of moderate complexity and/or exposure
- Functionally supervising other attorneys as needed
- Keeping supervisor informed of work being done and any issues encountered
- Performing other duties as assigned

Physical Environment:

- Office environment with some exposure to outside conditions and travel
- Physical actions may include carrying and lifting up to 25 pounds, hearing, seeing, standing, and walking
