Job Overview:

• Assist K-12 schools and community colleges in navigating operational legal matters.
• Provide transactional and litigation support on various legal issues, including real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, disputes, and contract negotiations.

Duties:

• Advise clients on operational and legal matters related to business and facilities.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, leases, and procurement agreements.
• Represent clients in litigation matters as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of practice experience in a law firm setting.
• Membership in the State Bar of California.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
