Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to trusts and estates matters.
• Drafting legal documents, including trusts, wills, and other estate planning instruments.
• Assisting in the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to provide legal advice on complex estate planning issues.
• Communicating with clients to understand their goals and objectives and providing tailored legal solutions.
• Managing and organizing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participating in client meetings and consultations.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant law firm experience.
• Knowledge and experience in high net worth estate and tax planning.
• Familiarity with estate and trust administration processes.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
• Accurate and strong attention to detail.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and people.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Superior academic credentials.
