Experience: At least 3 years as an Attorney, with civil jury trial experience or equivalent dispositive ADR experience. Must be a member in good standing of the State Bar in the state where the position is located.

Location: Remote, with some in-person court appearances required.

Responsibilities:
- Competently and ethically represent clients in all assigned cases, including preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, attendance at hearings, conferences, interviews, trials or arbitrations, and any other necessary tasks or duties.
- Handle cases of moderate to severe complexity and/or exposure, and may assist other attorneys with their assigned cases.
- Consult with and provide opinions to the Claims Department on insurance policy and personal injury claim questions.
- Keep supervisor informed of work progress and any issues encountered.
- Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems for assigned caseloads.
- Functionally supervise other attorneys when requested by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and law school degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Attorney, with civil jury trial experience or equivalent dispositive ADR experience.
- Must be a member in good standing of the State Bar in the state where the position is located.
- Public speaking skills and ability to handle high case loads in adversarial or confrontational situations.
- Must be able to drive and travel as needed.
