Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist to join our Corporate Real Estate organization. This virtual position requires a dynamic and experienced professional with multi-disciplinary skills in real estate and contracts. The selected individual will be responsible for planning and executing activities and negotiations for assigned projects, with a focus on delivering favorable financial and contract outcomes while supporting business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's global real estate portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions, and dispositions. - Collaborate with in-house and outside legal counsel, facilities, business management, and external brokers to define business goals, prepare and analyze documentation for real estate transactions, and recommend business terms. - Experience with real estate market studies, valuation, financial analysis, and scenario modeling. - Actively engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance the corporate real estate function. - Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or related discipline with at least 15 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience. - OR Master's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or related discipline with at least 13 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation. - Formal training in negotiation skills. - Proficiency in IBM Tririga real estate database. - MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience. Salary Information: - Salary Range: $123, - $185, - Salary is determined based on various factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. - Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and long-term incentives. - Northrop Grumman also offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, and vacation/PTO.
