Duties:

  • Handle all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution
  • Transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools
  • Prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry

  • License to practice law in the state
  • Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

 

Education:
