The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on third-party liability coverage, working closely with lead attorneys on various phases of litigation, including investigations, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation. Exceptional research and writing skills are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Specialize in third-party liability coverage matters.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all aspects of litigation.
• Conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses.
• Evaluate cases and provide detailed reports.
• Handle discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Conduct depositions and assist with trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.

Requirements:

• Must be State Barred.
• 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, or litigation practice groups.
• 1-2 years of specific experience in insurance coverage is required.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
