Duties:

• Lead and manage Corporate M&A transactions, providing expert legal counsel and strategic guidance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance the overall performance of the Corporate M&A practice group.
• Stay abreast of legal and industry trends relevant to Corporate M&A.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Partner in a law firm with a focus on Corporate M&A.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
