  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of California employment litigation experience.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for client service and practice development.
  • Academic excellence, with a preference for candidates in the top 25% of their law school class.
