Job Overview:

  • Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and execute legal actions.

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

 

Skills:

  • Litigation experience in state and federal courts.
  • Legal research and writing proficiency.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Case management abilities.
