The ideal candidate will be an active member of the California Bar in good standing, ready to take on a diverse range of responsibilities and make a significant impact in San Mateo. In this role, the Associate Attorney will excel in crafting meticulous estate plans tailored to clients with estates of various sizes. They will provide expert counsel and guidance throughout trust administration and probate processes, working in close collaboration with CPAs and financial advisors. A deep understanding of the latest property tax regulations established by the California Board of Equalization is essential. Additionally, corporate law experience is considered a valuable asset. Must bring at least 4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate to the table. A current, active membership in the California Bar in good standing is a prerequisite.
