The attorney will be responsible for conducting research, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing correspondence and case evaluations, taking depositions, attending court appearances, and assisting with trials. They must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing and possess a strong academic background, exceptional analytical and legal writing skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle competing deadlines. Some civil litigation experience, preferably in the areas of personal injury, employment, and/or civil rights, is preferred.
