Job Duties:

• Initiate and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses, experts, and parties involved in cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing parties.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance and personal injury defense.
• Strong analytical skills with an affinity for litigation.
• Experience handling motor vehicles, premises, and professional liability claims.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
