Duties:

• Handle estate planning matters, including drafting wills and trust agreements
• Manage trust administration processes, including asset distribution and beneficiary communication
• Provide legal counsel on estate and trust matters to clients
• Represent clients in estate and trust litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on estate planning and trust administration issues
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
• Ensure compliance with California state laws and regulations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Active, in-good-standing license to practice law in the state of California
• Strong knowledge of California state laws related to estate planning and trust administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong drafting, writing, and analytical skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active, in-good-standing license to practice law in the state of California
