Duties:

• Review document productions and conduct legal research as necessary
• Prepare for court hearings, including organizing evidence and developing case strategies
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties or handle mediation sessions
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings, presenting arguments and evidence effectively

Requirements:

• Hold a North Carolina law license in good standing with the NC State Bar
• 1-2 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent speaking and writing skills
• Comfortable with client interaction and courtroom advocacy

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
