A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court hearings and trials, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate must have a Juris Doctor (.) degree, admission to the State Bar Association, and a strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
• Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar Association
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
