As a Senior Tax Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with pass-through entities and their business owners, providing tax planning, preparation, and research services. You will also have the chance to manage client engagements, supervise and review the work of team members, and work closely with clients, internal managers, and partners.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of tax concepts and a drive to continually expand their knowledge. If you have experience with personal income, estate and gift tax, wealth retention strategies, and taxation of entities owned by business owners, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies to improve the position of our clients and our firm. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and expectations, providing timely advice, and conducting research when needed.

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of professionals, supervise and review the work of associates and senior associates, and provide training and guidance to help them grow in their careers. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary Information:

- California Range: $146,000 - $200,000
- Colorado Range: $120,000 - $185,000
- Washington Range: $150,000 - $200,000

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics, preferred
- Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation, preferred
- Eight or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience, required
- Prior supervisory experience, required
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a . jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) (or the equivalent of one of these designations), required
- Possession of other professional degrees or certifications applicable to role, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
