Overview:
- EY is a global leader in professional services with a focus on high-ethical standards and integrity among its employees. We are looking for a Tax Services Senior to join our Financial Services Organization (FSO) with a specific focus on the Banking and Capital Markets industry.

- Our FSO teams have been at the forefront of every event that has reshaped and redefined the financial services industry. We are dedicated to this sector, with a separate business unit that focuses solely on financial services clients.

- As a Tax Services Senior, you will be responsible for leading engagements with multinational financial institutions, building relationships with clients, and developing tax technical positions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex challenges in the financial services industry and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of people and manage operations for engagements of significant importance to the firm
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables to clients
- Build relationships with engagement stakeholders
- Develop tax technical positions and anticipate client needs and issues
- Engagements may include tax accounting, compliance, planning, process improvements, and information reporting and withholding

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Tax experience
- CPA or licensed Attorney, or the ability to achieve either in one year of employment
- Tax experience in the banking industry or with banking clients is highly desired
- Broad exposure to federal income taxation

Ideal Candidates will have:
- Excellent organizational skills
- SEC experience
- Proven experience in managing teams
