The candidate will be advising on the tax treatment and consequences of M&A transactions; advising on the tax consequences of ownership interests in corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities; assisting in structuring M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating tax representations, and assisting in general tax due diligence review. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must.
