San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will handle a wide array of complex civil litigation matters including, business, real estate, and probate litigation. Will provide legal representation to clients, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately. Provide litigation defense or prosecution of civil claims. Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business. Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm?s visibility in the community and within the industry. Represent the firm internally and externally. Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department. Make court appearances and attend meetings. Strong desire to develop additional bench and jury trial skills essential. Client development and marketing experience are essential. Strong real estate and business litigation experience is needed. Jury trial experience desired. Experience with ProLaw or another billing system plus. Experience with NetDocuments or other document management programs preferred. Must have an active California Bar license. Should have a . degree. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills essential. Excellent attention to detail needed.
