Farmers, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney for their Southern California location. This is a remote position, with in-person appearances as required throughout the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Attorney, including civil jury trial experience or equivalent dispositive ADR experience, and be a member in good standing of the State Bar in the state where the position is located.

The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for the competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all assigned cases. This includes handling matters of great complexity and/or exposure, providing guidance and training to other Attorneys, and performing managerial and administrative tasks as requested by their supervisor. They will also consult with and provide opinions to members of the Claims Department regarding insurance policy questions and the legal aspects of personal injury claims.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree, and a law school degree. They must also have the ability to function and handle high case loads in adversarial or confrontational situations, as well as strong public speaking skills. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
