Norfolk office of our client seeks a civil litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will serve in sophisticated legal writing and advocacy work for clients, primarily in state and federal courts. Will be expected to handle hearings, depositions, discovery responses, and client meetings with minimal supervision but with strong mentorship and guidance. This is a partnership-track position. Should expect diverse litigation in a variety of areas, including maritime, personal injury, commercial litigation, construction, and business tort matters. Virginia license required. Clerkship preferred.
