  • Prepare pleadings and discovery associated with prosecuting a large property loss subrogation action
  • Take and defend lay witness and expert witness depositions
  • Prepare for and take a case through trial

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of insurance defense or subrogation litigation experience
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to the practice of law in good standing in North Carolina
  • Candidates admitted to South Carolina in good standing will be considered but must secure admission to North Carolina within a year of employment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in North Carolina
  • Admission to practice law in South Carolina (preferred)
