The ideal candidate will proactively manage family law cases, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and recommend practice improvements. The attorney should have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university, passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and be licensed to practice law in Utah. Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software are essential.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for practice improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and client satisfaction.
• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court hearings and trials.
• Serve as the first chair in family law proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and courtroom presence.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience, with 1st chair family law experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Utah.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
