What You'll Do:

- Spend at least half of your time serving non-profit clients, including health care providers or plans, private foundations, public charities, and higher educational institutions
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services, such as restructuring, acquisition planning, tax controversy, and philanthropic tax planning
- Work directly with sophisticated clients, manage tax engagement teams, and have access to elite specialists when needed

- The Tax-Exempt practice includes specialists in multi-state and international tax compliance, transfer tax planning, and more
- The tax group works with Consulting, Audit & Assurance, and Advisory colleagues on client planning projects

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week in-person work required for US Tax professionals
- 3+ years of experience in federal taxation, with a strong emphasis on tax-exempt organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
- Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP
- Ability to travel up to 25% for work

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firms
- Solid understanding and experience with federal tax compliance, analysis, and research
