Position Summary:
- Seeking experienced Tax Senior for Real Estate Tax position in 22 office locations across the East Region

Work You'll Do:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to investment management clients
- Identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis for various entities and their affiliates
- Review partnership work papers, allocations, and tax returns; prepare materials and research for consulting projects
- Communicate and coordinate with client contacts to gather necessary information for tax returns
- Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced tax staff

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years experience in tax planning or preparing client work papers and income tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- Basic understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and tax compliance process for real estate funds
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% based on work and client needs
- Active accreditation as a CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or certification as a CFA or CFP

Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM
- Experience working in a virtual and/or global environment
- Passion for utilizing technology and exploring new solutions
- Experience with accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC740
- Previous experience with Big 4 or large CPA firms
- Strong research, writing, presentation, and communication skills

Salary Information:
- Wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs
- Estimated range of $63,420 to $144,300
- May be eligible for discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance
