The candidate should preferably have personal injury insurance defense experience, a track record of success, the ability to handle cases, unilaterally or as an associate alongside an assigned partner, from inception to trial; demonstrable, significant experience with motion practice, discovery, fact depositions, and expert discovery desired; federal or multi-jurisdictional practice experience ideal; attorneys with experience handling fire loss litigation and product liability defense and/or subrogation work are preferred.
