Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly skilled Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and securities litigation to join their team in Menlo Park, CA.

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with deposition preparation, witness interviews, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Manage discovery, including document review and production.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and provide strategic legal advice.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
