Job Summary:
- Responsible for representing clients in all assigned cases with competence, ethics, and diligence.
- Handles cases of all complexities and exposures, including preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
- Provides job-related guidance and training to other attorneys.
- Performs managerial and administrative tasks as requested by supervisor.
- Consults with Claims Department on insurance policy questions and legal aspects of personal injury claims.
- Maintains and updates computerized litigation support systems.
- Acts as a functional supervisor for other attorneys.
- Minimum of three years as an Attorney and member in good standing of the State Bar.
- Must be able to handle cases of moderate to great exposure and complexity with minimum supervision.
- Special skills required include public speaking and ability to handle high case loads in confrontational situations.

Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree required, and law school degree required.
- At least three years as an Attorney, including civil jury trial experience or equivalent dispositive ADR experience.
- Must be capable of handling cases of moderate to great exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision.
