  • Proven track record of drafting financial documents and advising on compliance matters.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in real estate financing would be advantageous.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required.
