Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will be crucial in providing legal counsel to the law firm's healthcare clients. This position involves navigating complex healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance, and representing clients in legal matters related to the healthcare industry.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare regulations and compliance issues.
• Represent healthcare clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to healthcare matters.
• Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure clients are informed and compliant.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to address cross-disciplinary issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.
• Preferably, experience in healthcare compliance.
• Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, but admission in other states may be considered.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and legal processes.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
