The Role:
- Develop and deliver global data protection and privacy strategies for clients
- Manage project teams and ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget
- Build relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for BDO
- Guide and advise team members on project budgets and scheduling
- Comply with BDO's Quality Risk Management, Data Protection, and other Frameworks
- Participate in and conduct interviews and meetings with various business units
- Manage multiple large, complex, and potentially long-term engagements
- Mentor team members and ensure quality work product for every engagement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 10+ years of consulting experience, with 3+ years in data protection or privacy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing large, complex privacy projects
- One or more privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Executive presence and ability to up-sell after first engagement

Salary Information:
- California Range: $200,000 - $225,000
- Colorado Range: $200,000 - $225,000
- NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $200,000 - $225,000
- Washington Range: $200,000 - $225,000
