  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings, ensuring compliance with procedural and evidentiary rules.
  • Stay abreast of changes in criminal law, court rulings, and legal precedents to inform defense strategies and provide informed counsel to clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in criminal trial practice, preferably in Colorado.
  • Strong courtroom presence and persuasive oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in legal drafting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
