As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and guidance to clients on both local and overseas tax matters, as well as acting as a strategic consultant for business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing. A Master's degree is preferred. You should have a thorough knowledge of tax issues affecting the domestic and/or international insurance industries, as well as public accounting practices and internal tax departments for insurance companies. You will also need comprehensive technical skills in FAS 109, FIN 48, tax provision preparation, audit and review, and corporate and partnership tax compliance. Experience in identifying and addressing client needs, managing resources and budgets, and preparing complex written and verbal materials is essential. As a tax technical business advisor, you should also have experience in developing new relationships and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
