*** Summary: - Senior Trial Attorney position in Oklahoma City, OK with Allstate insurance company - Department: Legal - Opportunity to make a difference, learn and grow, and handle your own docket in an environment of excellence and high ethical standards - Allstate's shared purpose is to protect people from life's uncertainties and they have been a leader in the insurance industry for over 89 years - The Litigation Services Attorney job family is responsible for managing Insurance Defense and Tort Litigation/Disputes work - Represents insureds and the company in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and Allstate Financial cases - Responsible for preparing and conducting hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions - Also responsible for conducting research, drafting, reviewing, advising, and negotiating for more complex matters - Must have a Juris Doctorate degree and be a member in good standing of the Oklahoma State Bar - Up to five years of experience in Insurance Defense, Subrogation, and/or Personal Injury litigation preferred - Trial and/or Arbitration experience preferred - Must have computer skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team - Must be able to handle a large caseload and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel within the state of Oklahoma and ability to work remotely - Compensation offered is $84,, per year, based on experience and qualifications - Bonus eligibility for this role - Regular, predictable attendance is essential - Other duties as assigned.
