A law firm in Atlanta is currently seeking a Patent Agent (Biological Sciences) with 2+ years of substantive patent experience, preferably three to five years. The candidate will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting various patent-related analyses. This role also involves IP due diligences, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences), and other IP matters in the life sciences, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as gene editing, cellular therapies, antibody-based therapeutics, and molecular diagnostics. The Patent Agent (Biological Sciences) will contribute to the firm's intellectual property practice, specializing in life sciences and cutting-edge technologies.
