The candidate will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting various patent-related analyses. This role also involves IP due diligences, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences), and other IP matters in the life sciences, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as gene editing, cellular therapies, antibody-based therapeutics, and molecular diagnostics. The Patent Agent (Biological Sciences) will contribute to the firm's intellectual property practice, specializing in life sciences and cutting-edge technologies. The position requires advanced education in the biological sciences, registration to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The candidate should have a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.

Job Details:
