A law firm in Fairbanks is seeking a Litigation Attorney responsible for managing a diverse caseload comprising civil and criminal litigation, including criminal defense, family law, contract disputes, and probate cases. The ideal candidate should have the required bar credentials, experience, and the capacity to handle their own caseload effectively.

Job Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload encompassing civil and criminal litigation cases.
• Focus on criminal defense, family law, contract disputes, and probate cases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court.
• Provide counsel to clients and develop case strategies for successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• One of the following: Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) score of 270 or higher, admission to the Alaska Bar, or eligibility for reciprocity.
• 1 year of legal experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
