Duties:

  • Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications for clients
  • Provide support for due diligence, landscape analysis, and freedom-to-operate analysis
  • Assist with patent litigation matters
  • Draft responses to patent application rejections from the USPTO and other Patent Offices
  • Establish and maintain internal practices and procedures for patent-related information and filings
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with a global professional team on patent-related projects
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing work priorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in patent prosecution preferred
  • Registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
