Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including but not limited to insurance disputes, personal injury claims, and commercial litigation matters.

  • Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.

  • Manage case files, deadlines, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • Experience practicing civil litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance law.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive legal principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.
