Experience Information:

- 3-8 years of recent experience in public accounting
- Strong technical skills in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs

Location:

- Denver Metro, Colorado
- Fort Collins, Colorado
- Broomfield, Colorado
- Denver Tech Center, Colorado

Job Description:

- Participate in client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing tax projects
- Prepare or review tax returns for partnership, corporate, and foreign clients
- Conduct tax research and prepare client memorandums
- Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through networking and business development activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA or Bar License
- Strong technical skills in public accounting
- Willingness to travel locally and nationally (currently no firm travel)
