A law firm in Denver is seeking a qualified Consumer Financial Services, Data and Technology Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation for their practice group.

Job Overview:

• Provide excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate federal and state court experience.
• Preferably possess financial institutions litigation experience.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on consumer financial services, data, and technology matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and hearings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
• 2-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Federal and state court experience.

Skills:
