Job Description:
PwC, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Internal Firm Services (IFS) team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You will also be involved in recording and analyzing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
- Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar certification required
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A, B, C, D, E, and year end planning
- Experience with managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives, preferably for a global network of professional services firms
- Familiarity with firm-issued technologies, such as Microsoft Office and Google at Work
- Ability to identify and address client tax issues and lead a team virtually
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience with tax preparation software and online tax organizers
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Ability to innovate through new and existing technologies
- Familiarity with working with large, complex data sets and utilizing data visualization tools
- Understanding of digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements
