Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout Tesla's business and corporate functions
- Conduct internal investigations when potential violations of law or Tesla policy are identified
- Assist with third-party due diligence screenings to mitigate compliance risks
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs
- Work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
- 3+ years of legal experience with exposure to commercial transactions, litigation, and corporate compliance
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for promoting ethical business practices and addressing compliance challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
