About the Role:

As Counsel, Corporate at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for a variety of legal matters, including executing strategic transactions, supporting corporate governance, and owning diverse projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

- Execute strategic transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions
- Draft and review SEC filings
- Support stockholder initiatives and assist with corporate governance matters
- Advise on complex transactions, including M&A and public company corporate and securities laws
- Wear multiple hats and handle new and challenging projects
- Communicate effectively with different stakeholders to advance projects
- Work flexible hours to accommodate a global workforce

Requirements:

- . and bar admission with 4-6 years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a public company
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment and integrity, with the ability to handle complex legal matters
- Proficiency in counseling on complex transactions and fluency in public company corporate and securities laws
- Resourceful self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position in the . is $130,000 - $205,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
