Job Overview:

The Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will lead trials and depositions, review legal documents, develop strategies, represent clients in personal injury matters, and oversee a team.

Duties:

• Lead trials and depositions.
• Review pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies for favorable case resolutions.
• Represent clients in personal injury matters.
• Lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
• Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed attorney in California.
